There are many job portals available online but not one specifically for schools and school teachers. Being in the education field earlier, I myself experienced the problem regarding teachers’ recruitment.
There are teachers who are dedicated to education and students but don’t have the idea where and when they can apply. Vice versa there are lots of requirements for the teachers of all fields including academic and non academic (art, music, sports etc) but they are unable to reach the proper candidates.
Since I had been running a pre-school as well as a teacher training program in Pune from 2009 till 2014, I have both experience and history of providing teachers, providing jobs to applicants, and arranging placements for schools. In Pune Institute of Vocational Studies, we had placed almost 100% of our candidates. Therefore, we were highly reputed and have positive feedback from both teachers as well as schools. Because of our good work, I still get many calls from many schools and candidates for placement.
But due to family business, I had to move from Pune to Delhi and therefore, I got disconnected from my line. But now my family business is well settled and I can focus on my idea or rather, the requirements of the education sector.

In the current time period where education is our necessity ; competition is too hard, children are unique and have multiple talents; and upon this, school in today’s world are trying to give their best infrastructure, technique and education in both academic and non academic field, for example, computer science, sports etc. But all this will be justified only when there are suitable teachers for every field.
